CAMP SCHOLARSHIP $150
This easy to earn scholarship for camp is our gift to you… but the bigger gift is learning scripture!  These passages will be useful to you for the rest of your life!

Memorize and recite the following (you can do so from any Bible version):

Psalm 1

1Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers.
2But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night.
3They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season.  Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.
4But not the wicked!  They are like worthless chaff, scattered by the wind.
5They will be condemned at the time of judgment.  Sinners will have no place among the godly.
6For the Lord watches over the path of the godly, but the path of the wicked leads to destruction.

Psalm 23

1The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.
2He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.
3He renews my strength.  He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.
4Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staffprotect and comfort me.
5You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies.  You honor me by anointing my head with oil.  My cup overflows with blessings.
6Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.
